Out here in Kennett, MO, we are lucky enough to have access to some awesome natural areas, complete with trails, rocks, and shallow rivers to tackle. Maybe that’s why folks are so excited about the Jeep brand lineup, especially the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Check out this video from the Jeep brand showing off the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk’s off-roading prowess and flexing its articulation.

This one is for rain, layer of waste, bringer of life, the thing that ruins parades, weddings, and barbecues—normally a gathering of dark clouds will send motorists heading for shelter, and while it’s no excuse for careless driving, if you’ve got one of the AWD-equipped new Dodge models on your side, you can forget about a rain check; when it rains, it pours..and the Dodge lineup roars.

Who doesn’t like a winner? And if one winner is good, two is even better. Well that’s what we got from the results of the 2016 Ideal Vehicle Awards by AutoPacific, where we saw one excellent Jeep brand model and one Dodge model top the charts in their respective categories, each earning 2016 Ideal vehicle Awards in their segments.

The Jeep brand lineup is no stranger to stardom, with the 2016 Jeep Renegade gracing the silver screen alongside the Caped Crusader and the Man of Steel in the blockbuster Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice earlier this year. Well, there’s another star joining the ranks, with the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk striding onto the big screen later this month in Independence Day: Resurgence, followed shortly by its commercial release to dealerships in the fall.
